Miss Me?

So do I win the award for "worst blogger so far in 2009" yet? I can't believe I haven't posted in so long. This is a pretty long time for me to go without posting.

There is nothing that exciting going on right now. I've been working and spending some time with some friends and that's about it. The first week back at school was okay - my schedule is getting somewhat back to normal and by Thursday night I was able to go to bed easily and not toss and turn til 3 AM. Although that may have been due to the fact that I was out until 12:15 that night! The people I was babysitting for went to go watch the Gators game and didn't get home til later. I didn't really mind - I was watching the game myself! For the record, Tim Tebow is ridiculously sexy. I am so in love with his personality and HELLO smokin hot bod. Let's hope he goes back to UF next year - I'll be able to go stalk see him. Oh and that was the first FULL football game that I've ever watched - Tim Tebow should be honered.

Today I spent the day with some guy friends and we went and bought some touch up paint for my car. I didn't realize how many freakin scratches were on this thing! I'm a little OCD about them right now, so I painted over every one I could find. There's only one scratch on there that I did myself and that happened yesterday when I sort of um, ran into my garage. Yeah, because I'm smart and THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IF SOMEONE WOULD GIVE ME A STUPID CLICKER. I'm not exactly sure how I ran into the garage. I think I was turning to reverse because I was on the grass and my dad would pop an artery if I stayed on it. Somehow I didn't have enough room to turn or something and I didn't even realize that I was hitting the garage until my brother who was out getting the mail started running around with his mouth open laughing like a moron. The scratches are all painted nicely though and No one (my father) even knows that I ran into the garage. It's a win for everyone.

After the painting ordel and car wash, I went to Toys R Us and converted my awesome car into a soccer mom car. Yeah, I have a car seat in there now. Sure, it's foldable and I can stick it in the trunk when A isn't using it, but yeah, it's there. I had to get it fo when I start working more hours and I need to pick her up from her parents to take her home or if I have to drop her off at the office. I also want to start taking her to some story times at the library and some parks and places so she can interact with other kids. She doesn't get to very often and I think that's really important for a kid to know how to act with other people their own age. We'll see how it goes. Monday is my first day that I'll get out of school at 12:15. (Woo-hoo).

On Wednesday I'll be going out to dinner with a friend that I haven't seen in 3 years! She's going to be down for a visit and the last time I saw her, her newborn daughter threw up all over me. That kid is like 2 now! It's insane. Anyways I'm excited that I'll get to catch up with her for a while and see some pics of her beautiful girls. They have the curliest hair. It must be a pain to brush, but I think it's adorable.

Tomorrow morning I'm going to wake up and go to the Green Market and try and get some fresh veggies to make some soup. I also want to head over to Brandsmart to see if I can find a new camera for cheap. I miss mine like crazy.

So that's what I've been doing, in a nutshell. I found out that I got 5 A's and 2 C's on my report card for this last semester. I don't know what the semester grades are yet, since I haven't gotten the actual report yet, but hopefully they're good. I only need .5 credit left to graduate! I already have more than enough in everything else excpet English because Florida requires 4 years. Now I have to start planning what I want to do for a grad party, etc. I have some people who want to throw me one, so I figure I'll let them go for it. I also have to look for someone to do some graduation announcements and a photographer friend has offered to do my senior pictures. I'm going to hold off a bit on those though until I lose a few pounds and my face clears up more! She does a really great job though so she'll make them look great, regardless.

I hope you all have a great rest of the weekend and I'll be back soon! I haven't really been on my computer lately so I've missed all the news in blogland, but I'll get caught up! I have to see what's going on with you all.

I thought you already got senior pics taken? The more the merrier!

Hate tossing and turning all night....

So you'll get out of school everyday at 12:15? That's nuts!!!!

Good job on your grades!

I can imagine that car seat.
And 2 c's?
That's so random. Usually it's like... a's and b's.
But still those are good grades.

Sounds like you're all ready to graduate!
It may not seem like it now, but you will look back on this semester with fond memories. You have so many great things to look forward to once you graduate, but remember that you will only be in high school for a few more months. Try to enjoy it as best as you can! :)
We missed you!

Oh I love when people don't blog so often, that way I can catch up since I only get to read, once or twice a week normally.

I have a HUGE dent in my car that I made and I ignore it. Bet it would drive you nuts!! lol
